Default Making a Will

As it's resolution time again, I have resolved to make a will (finally). However, we own properties in both England and Australia. We're living in Australia but will want to leave the majority of our possessions to people in Europe. I'm aware that this complicates things a little. Does anyone have any tips, advice, or (even better) have you been through it and can you recommend a good solicitor?

The only complication would be who is going to be the executor of the estate.

We have wills in both and different executors in both. Both wills held by our solicitors for which we pay a small fee.
