Madsad's hole in Kitchen Roof (Update)
after putting the house on the market last week and then waking up on Saturday to find our bath had been leaking for god knows how long onto the kitchen ceiling which had fallen through during friday night ........ me & mrs madsad have now fixed it!!
We decided not to wait for builders as we are both able bodied folk so we just got on with it, removed all rotten wood relayered with gyproc & plywood, replastered & repainted, just in time as the estate agent phoned to say we have two viewers coming tomorrow nite!!
Another hurdle jumped!!

Yeah, tis pretty good, first day since I've been here when I havent woken up to brilliant sunshine! Had my resume picked up three times off seek so hoping to get a job shortly, oh and am planning on going diving next week... tough life in'it
