Finally - House Sold !!!!!!!!

Finally - House Sold !!!!!!!!
Wahhoo!!! 
Finally after 12 weeks on the market and 34 viewings, we finally had an offer of full asking price on our house today! Which we of course accepted fairly quickly!
The buyers are from bonny Scotland and have sold their house with a completion date of early October!
It was starting to feel like it would never happen and everything has been put on hold.
Now we can start by booking the flights, the removals, temporary accommodation in Perth and all the million and one other things we still need to do before we can make the move, now hopefully sometime in September. :scared:

So much to do...........so little beer!!!!!

its a nice feeling isn't it? We've also got full asking on ours (third time lucky - after peeps pulling out), hope to exchange asap with completion just before we fly to Brissie on the 7th Sept.!

Believe it or not I'm currently as red as a lobster with this weekends sunshine (gonna have to get used to slip, slap, slopping
), so it does shine now and again but nowhere near enough!
