Hi I am looking to rent short term in one of the above areas and would appreciate it if anyone on this site has a property to let out for approx 4 to 6 weeks.

I will be arriving May not sure of date as we are still awaiting arrival of visas.

I dont particularly want to rent through an estate agent and would like to know that we had somewhere set up before we arrive to take the hassle out of things for a while.

I will be arriving with my partner and 14 year old son. We are willing to pay all rent up front on arrival to secure a property.

we used these..... www.abouttown.net.au ...........when we were in Perth last year.
They were fab............really good standards and a lot cheaper than pomsinperth.
