Default Looking to meet new people, Brisbane.

Hi,

We've been in Brisbane since March 09 and currently live in Bray Park on the northside (but the lease is up in April so that will change soon!) and are enjoying it very much but could do with meeting a few more people.

We are a family of 4, Mark, 36, is a welder/fabricator who enjoys footie, (Man Utd but lets not hold that against him ), motorbikes, cars, golf and a few beers.

Me, Louise, 23, currently on maternity leave from a financial services job, looking after James, 18 months and Isabel 5 weeks. I like to chat and socialise and am always up for a natter over a coffee or a glass of wine!

Would like to meet other mum's during the week and families at the weekend. Really open to where and when on weekdays.

So if you're at a loose end or want to meet up let me know

Louise

Hi, My husband and I are moving to Brisbane in October. He is 33 and I am 32 we have a 3yr old daughter and a little boy on the way in May. Paul definitely likes his golf and a few beers and am sure would be grateful for a round shortly after our arrival (22 hour flight with a 3yr old and a 5mth old!) !!! However he is a Liverpool supporter but we wont hold that against him either. We are currently in Colchester, Essex, Paul's hometown. I am Australian but have lived in U.K since '97. If you think you guys would like to meet up in the future I can contact you shortly after our arrival. Hope you guys are coping with the heat there at the mo! My folks live on the Gold Coast and are complaining it is too hot to play golf...ahh, it's a tough life. haha
