Looking for accomodation in Perth June/July?
We have a gorgeous granny flat at the back of our house which is vacant in June/July if anyone needs a short term rental in the northern suburbs of Perth.
It has double bedroom with linen provided, lounge area, plenty of storage, own bathroom, own access. Suitable for single or couple. You get access to a washing machine and there is a fridge, microwave, kettle, BBQ.
We charge $180 for single or $220 for a couple and that includes electric, gas and water.
