Wanting lift as just turned 16 and not able to drive.And 2 hour bus trip for 20 drive and me n his dad work diffrent direction.

Try putting a notice up at local shops and community centre. Also contact his college and see if you can make an arrangement with another family or put up a notice there. Perhaps try putting a little notice in all your neighbours' mailboxes, other streets too.

ellenbrooke aint the easiest place to get a bus from,good luck in your search mate.i know what its like for mothers and fathers to have to drive their kids round perth.young apprentices just trying to get on in life and mothers driving them round at silly o'clock in the morning..

been there done that Sue so I know the struggles. I can only suggest your son asks around at college if anyone else travels that route and beg for a lift offering petrol money, even putting a notice up within the college on the notice board. Good Luck

There should be buses to all local tafes.Not that I mind taking him but I work fulltime once at work cant be taking him to remote sites.I can take him most of time to tafe but starting work in Ellenbrook soon so going to have to drive out to come back .

I drive all over the place with my two, heading south, before I have to head north again for uni. It's just how it is in Perth, with most transport heading towards the CBD, not across the metro area. Travelling by bus is ridiculous for him, so you might have to put on your "Mum's taxi" hat.
