Last Remaining Relative - GOT IT!

Last Remaining Relative - GOT IT!
I can't believe I'm actually writing this - My eldest son has just been granted his Visa as a last remaining relative. He joined us on a years working holiday visa when we came in Dec 2004 with the intention of perhaps doing the student visa route but this was not an option and a bit like aiming for a moving target. He was 21 when we came out and given the opportunity again we'd have got him to enrol in college / uni so he was a dependant. So here for a year on WHV and then bridging visa for over six months.
Our situation was not straight forward and we used a fantastic immigration solicitor based in Brisbane - cost a fortune but it was all worthwhile.
Have to say that the application looked like a version of War & Peace - but who cares now?
If any one has any questions please don't hesitate to contact me as I really can't believe we got this. (Blended family, very complex case.)
A very happy Tracey
