Glenn Stevens is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Land and property - Whats the catch?

We have been looking at the prices for land and property sales and the prices seem amazing compared to the UK.
Example:
4 bedroom house and land in Coomera is $350,000 (£165,000)
Is there a catch?
More money added on anywhere?
Just seems too good to be true.

Glenn

Yes there must be a catch! no way you'll get house and land for that anymore. Decent size lot would be around that now. Maybe they're advertising the smallest lots, with base prices of houses, which means hardly any garden, no room for a pool either. You'll find it very hard not to add heaps of extras when you build new.
