Brilliant, thanks we're going to have a look around on the weekends at different suburbs see what shops, schools etc there are.

Have a look all around FTG and include Upper FTG, Upwey, Tecoma, Belgrave, The Basin. All have easy access to good facilities and the train line. I'll reply to your PM in more detail.

We stayed in Bayswater, which was not very nice but I agree that all the villages in the Basin area are lovely, as are the Dandenongs themselves.
