Kiwi Workers Vs Aussie Workers
Earlier in the year I worked on a systems rollout across 500 sites in Australia and 30 sites in NZ. On average Aussie sites took 2 hours and the Kiwis 4 hours. At first I dismissing the Aussie jibes at the Kiwis as trans tasman rivalry. It slowly dawned on me the Kiwi engineers were either crippled or had learning difficulties. What was a simple task for the Aussie was incredibly difficult for the Kiwi.
