Default Kid's Immunisation when away from Australia

My wife is planning to go on a long holidays (>1yr) in France with our 4 months old son. Our son's routine immunisation will be due after 6 months, 12 months, etc. Does international travel insurace cover for kids routine immunisation? If yes, how does it work? Any comments please.,
