Just arrived in Melbourne, SE ....
Was wandering if anyone could help me finding playgroups etc for me and my little girls to attend, Alexandra is nearly 3 and Izabella is 16 weeks. Where is the best place to look to find out about groups etc...
Plus if there is anyone out there who fancies meeting up let me know! It would be great to meet new people!

You don't say which suburb you are in.
A good place to start is your local council (they will help with schools etc too)
Then try the good old yellow pages and also on line.
Playgroups here are where you stay with your child and play, more like a Mums group in the UK. Day care is where you leave them for a bit.
