Hi Guys

Does anyone have any ideas as to the JSV (job search visa) some friends of ours are coming in hopefully on that type of visa due to them only getting 25 points. He is a welder and his job is on the OSL. Will they get rid of the JSV as I have read in June or not. What do others think about this.

Also I have heard that the OSL will be revamped in June. Does anyone know when in June and whether it is worth getting application in before changes in June.

Best advice is: if you have the points/ qualify for PR or JSV - don't delay in getting in the app - the rules that apply on the day you lodge the app are the rules you will be assessed on. Otherwise, no point in applying anyway.
