I've been in the Old Bailey a couple of times in the evening - far too many shaven-headed football shirt wearing types - and that's just the women.

Whether it's a bad pub or not it's got a reputation now which it will never really shake off.

Well you know if a place has a bad reputation it just takes some hard work , determination and the support of people who would like to have their pub back to change it back to a good reputation..
Regulars who just want to enjoy their pub with no trouble have to continue to go and invite their friends and the Bar owners have to do what they can to encourage families etc to feel safe. I know its hard work but if something is not done then I guess people will just refuse to go.
The bar I had in Scotland was a typical mens bar but we managed to turn it around and it was a bar that even single females feltsafe to drink in. So it can be done..
