Never heard of Jones Hill either - Eatons Hill, Chapel Hill or Wellers Hill perhaps?

It's a nice little place, we're tiling a house there at the moment. It's 5 mins south west of Gympie and has the added bonus of being on the right side of the Mary River
Could you be thinking of Mango Hill?

The Brewery has ceased to function at the moment 35 c is a little warm for most yeasts, even using the wet towel trick
Back on topic though hic Jones Hill is one of those prestigious type areas populated mainly by "out of towner's" who've brought up vast amounts of cash from other states. It's reflected in the property prices and is a desirable place to live if you have to live close to Gympie

Having read Jesta's threads last night, I seem to remember her/his aunt lives at Jones Hill, thats why the interest. However, there did seem to be a misconception that it was actually a Brisbane suburb and good for holidaying (beach, airport, shops) - I guess thats not quite accurate?
