Myers and David Jones....no idea if they are online out of the two I prefer Myers

The two large department stores here are David Jones and Myer. DJ is more upmarket than Myer, just like House of Fraser is more upmarket than John Lewis. I can't say which is equivalent to which as the department stores here sell a lot of Australian brands which aren't available in the UK, and likewise John Lewis and House of Fraser carry some British brands which aren't available here.

Oh, wifey says, Sass and Bide (available at David Jones and House of Fraser) is cheaper here than in the UK, if you're into ladies' fashion.

As has been said Myers is similiar but don't forget you can haggle to get a better price.

You cant seriously haggle in Myers? I take it you mean like buying a washing machine you might say ' hmm 10% off ? ' But not on normal stuff ? offering 2 chickens and a pigeon for a ralph-lauren t-shirt isnt going to get far in the Myers ive seen.

I tried David Jones and Myer for a couple of things over here at first but their prices had me running for the door. Admittedly I do like a bargain but did shop in M&S, Next, for my undies / outer garments in the UK. They are about the only places to nip for a pee in Perth though so I won't hear a bad word said against them.
