Job offer and superannuation
If an employer gain interest on your profile and offers you a job, normally they ask for your asking salary right away.
Question, what is the norm here with respect to superannuation inclusion?
If I understand it right, the governtment says the 9% Super should be shouldered by company, but how is it like in practice?
If the prospetive employer asks for your "asking salary", do they normally assume that you have already considered the 9% Super as PART of the figure you will give them?

I know that when I agreed my salary the company added on the 9% super contribution that they would make.

If they are asking you I would say you want X plus super.
We work on a TEC (Total Employment Compensation) hopefully this will eventually become a bit more commonly known, its basically everything all your salary, super, any insurance or other benefits etc bundled into a total figure.
