i have more than 4.9 yrs of full time work exp in IT; still in the job. wd be moving to MEL early next year. wd be grateful, if someone cd advise me on it. pls note that i am interested in knowing the web site addresses of some good JOB AGENCIES, which can help me in finding jobs related to my field. or just give me some ideas where to do job hunting n all...

most important:- may be it sounds very weird but pls don't mind if... actually interested in knowing what shd be the ideal format for writing my CV. i think there is some difference between the way we write our resume here... here my main purpose is to GET NOTICED.

also pls advise on what shd i write in my recommendation letters and employment references so that in near future it wd be helpful for me in getting a good job there...and also helpful to me when i wd send my applications to business schools for MBA. pls note that the capacity under which i am currently working is MIS.
