i've lost the thread!!! about driving licence!
i posted on a thread yesterday i think about re taking your driving test when you arrive in aus after 3 months! thing is, i cant find it in my subscriptions! maybe i was just imagining it!! 
anyway, is it right that, as from january, we can just take along our uk driving licence and exchange it for an aus one without having to do the tests again? i bloody hope so!
cant think of anything worse than taking the test again, never mind the theory!

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! If it is true that would be great. I sat my theory test in Sept last year and although I passed do not fancy doing that again!
