yeah thought about that - could me by turn next! Fluffy my colleague is just too soft! Shes a real sweetie - yep I'd have punched her too, in fact I almost did on my colleagues behalf! The boss really doesn't think she's done anything wrong

beyond me, its a private practice at the end of the day, this doc owns it, so she'll run it however she wants. When I mentioned the 16 members of staff - she shrugged and said they had their reasons for leaving, it was nothing to do with her. Speaking to other staff members - it was the bullying and harrassment. Not sure, will be in tomorrow - to continue orientating the new nurse! Poor girl must wonder what shes walked in too!
