If you have a NZ work permit, how hard is it to get an Ozzy one?

If you have a NZ work permit, how hard is it to get an Ozzy one?
Any one had a NZ work permit changed their mind and then applied for an Austrailian one. How easy or difficult is it. Any comments would be great, thanks in advance.

Having a New Zealand work permit (or even NZ permanent residence) makes no difference as far as Australia is concerned.
Only New Zealand *citizenship* can make things easier in Australia.
