If you ever considered not having shipping container insurance!!!
For all those that may be umming and arrring over whether their container of worldly goods that will be heading to Oz should be insured at the extortionate price that the shipping companies charge, consider this little snippet.
"Winds have been gusting to nearly 70mph on the Isle of Wight overnight which is storm force, Solent Coastguard said.
On the West Sussex coast at Littlehampton the weather has left the shore littered with toy pink hippopotamuses, red turkeys and Christmas decorations after four containers that fell overboard from a ship a few days ago finally washed up".

It does happen occasionally, the question is, would you want it to be yours!

Too late ours is already on its' way so will have to hope it's survived.
Think you need the insurance at this end when it all disapears whilst in customs yard.

Think ours was the blue one in middle left of picture...so still looks ok fingers crossed.
Was yours the white one in first photo?
May not find this funny when I see the state of our 3,700 quid worth of shipping but then like everything else with this emigration mullarky you win some you lose some... .
