Hey Jen,
I'm back on the old slimming world wagon, and though it has taken a bit of time to find the brands, it's going well. Can't get my hands on Quark or Scanbran (or equivalent) but apart from that. The Forme yogurts are also free in all their delicious flavours (bit like muller light). The best part is that you can BBQ all your meat!

(b) Gelatin is a natural substance. It can protect against stomach ulcer, promote joint health, and strengthen nails and hair. However, the tiny amount of gelatine in a yoghurt pot is unlikely to do anything for you - except it stops the yoghurt from being lumpy. And you'll find gelatin in many "foods" - even wine and beer

(a) Not all low fat yoghurts are full of artificial sweetners and chemicals. Rather than such ridiculous blanket statements, it might be more helpful if you quote a particular brand.

The best way is to read the label . No, not all low fat yoghurts use sugar to replace the fat. No, they are not all full of artificial sweetners etc etc. And no, you are not better off eating full fat.
Read the label: It'll tell you the ingredients, percentages, kilojoules/calories. Best way to decide which product is good for you and which one is full of "bad" things.

there's certainly differences.
also some weird things i haven't found - pre-prepared sandwich meat (you know, from the supermarket in the UK you can get cut-up chicken pieces, plain or tikka etc, ready for sandwiches? here it's just ham and the like, no cooked chicken pieces like that.
