Hi,
Our medicals finally arrived in the LCU on june 30th and we were advised that they had been received and processed. Does anyone know how long it normally takes now to hear about the visa from our case officer? Is it alright to email her or should we just be patient and wait?

Shouldn't be too long now
I think ours took 4-5 weeks afetr medicals arrived in Sydney so it could be anytime. Hang in there

Did you e-mail the lcu to find out if your meds had been processed. I've seen the threads about contacting them. I was planning doing that a couple of weeks after the meds were received.
Good luck - hope you hear something soon

Yes we emailed them after 3 weeks to ask if they had received them as we had heard nothing they replied the next day asking for courier tracking number etc so they could help track them, they were really helpful.
ANYWAY everyone we were patient, but only had to be for one day as We had the long awaited email this morning, and weve got them, thanks to everyone for all the help we have received along the way. Youve been great. Cant wait! Derek & Pat x

It was all worth it then?
Put house on market 2/3 weeks ago and only had 4 people round to view. Just thinking about changing the agent and the couple who came to see it yesterday came back for 2nd viewing today, and put an offer in that we'll probably accept.
Just need that visa now or I''ll be putting the old tent up!!
Andy
