can somebody please tell me how long it takes to emigrate to australia, including all the paper work and medicals . And also how much does it cost for a married couple , emigrating on a skilled visa application .

How long can depend on a lot of things, we've had our visa since 2005, but we are still here due to various factors, the latest being the bloody house won't sell :curse:

From the point of making the decision to actually getting the visa in your passport at the moment I'd bank on a year. Obviously nothing is guaranteed, waiting lists go up and down and its subject to all sorts of things but I reckon thats a good estimate.

we got ours in 9 months,[136] but i think everybodys situation is different.if you aim for 12 months as we did, you wont be far wrong.
