Hi everyone,

Just left my fiance at the airport last night to return to sunny Sydney.

I sent my spouse de-facto visa off on 28th December. I was wondering if anyone had any idea how long they are taking to process at the minute?

Could be 2 weeks , could be 2 months, do a search on time line, you will find it very useful.

i think they went back to work on monday so i suppoe there may be a bit of a backlog at the moment, when they are up to speed it is not unheard of to get things sorted within a week or two.

i sent my de-facto application off on tuesday.
