Sorry prob a really stupid question but just arrived on a 457 and trying to get everything sorted, as i have an 18 month old it is important i know what i am doing if she is ill - where do i have to go to get this sorted?

You go to your local medicare office, usually in your local high street.

Take passports, copies of every ID, your address etc.... They'll tell you what you need to fill in.
