Default Housing terminology

At the moment we are just browsing through different areas and looking at different properties, we keep coming across this statement: Set on a traditional 700 sqm block, zoned R15/25, this solid brick and tile home is in great condition throughout. it's the words ZONED R15/25 Does anyone know what they mean in relation to the property please?

read this especially page 9:

http://www.armadale.wa.gov.au/your_c..._No_44__2_.pdf

it is something to do with housing density i.e. the size of the block the house is built on and the minimum size of block within each zoning area.
