Default House sold (AGAIN!)

Well it has happened again - we have hopefully sold our house AGAIN!
After the first buyer pulled out only days before we were due to exchange - we have had a CASH - yes CASH! buyer put an offer to us this afternoon - which we said YES PLEASE to of course!!
Now the only problem we have is that we will soon be homeless and still have no visa- any spare rooms up for rent? !!
Hopefully awaiting signed contract and visa in post

Congratulations! And a cash buyer too - that's the best bit. Hope it all goes well this time around....

We are the opposite to you - have visa but have house to sell. We are not so far away from you as we live near Cirencester - want to rent our house?!

You have had good luck on the house front so hope you get the good news on the visa too soon.......

Thanks for the offer of the house - think I may be a bit late for work if I have to travel from Cirencester everyday !!- thanks for the offer though
Wishing you luck

Hi Nibblo
sorry to hear of your problem with your previous buyer. Why did they pull out just before exchange? Im getting a bit nervous as we are due to exchange next week. We have our visa and must validate by may so it is getting a little tight.
Good to hear you had a buyer today though. we made the mistake last year of not accepting an offer because we didnt have our visa and we had to take a drop in price so you are doing the right thing. at least you will be able to move very quickly.

Hi Irene
Hope your process goes smoothly - our buyers pulled out because they decided that they did not want to move to a village!! The b*ggers had been looking at other houses right up until the 11th hour - even though they knew we were almost ready to move out - lets just hope this buyer does not back out - no sure how much more stress I can cope with.
Now to find a willing sole to take us in - guess I had better be nice to the parents - wish me luck
