hi guys
had a viewer this afternoon they spent two hours looking round really loved it
within ten minutes of leaving we had a offer bit low so we told the estate agent no. then another call 5 mins after with a offer 2 k below asking price so we have taken it theres no chain involved so thats goodnews
total of twelve viewers since november
seen loads of houses with sold on so things look they are picking up on the house market in the west midlands
any karma going for the nerves would be great
good luck to all with visa and house sales
off for a
or two
