House Sitters Feb Onwards around Brisbane?

House Sitters Feb Onwards around Brisbane?
Hi All,
We are currently on a rekkie up the East Coast of Australia and drop the Motorhome off in Cairns at the beginning of February. We are planning to settle nearish Brisbane, possibly in the Bayside region, Welington Point, Ormiston etc. We were hoping to secure a rental around Brisbane on our way through to go to when we drop the Motorhome off but....... we just bumped into an English couple who say that they do a lot of house sitting for people who are going away and need pets or plants or pools looking after.
This seems like and excellent idea and would give us a bit more time while we find somewhere permanant to live so we are going to register with the site they use but thought it was worth an ask on here to see if any of you guys in the Brissie area needs house sitters from Feb onwards.
Still can't believe we are finally here, having a gret time exploring Oz! If anyone fancies having us over for xmas just give us a shout!! ;o)
