Cheers Oz , I read your own house build with interest as we are getting into it now.
Amazing the things you basically learn as you go. Never built before. We did get the list of inclusions and are trying really hard to avoid the pitfalls and getting hit with a bill at a bad time.
What scares me most buying land an house separate is the two bills.
I Will be paying off land plus some building costs plus rent till this process is over.
In the area we are building in I can see nothing even close in the same end price range and I now know why...
