Default Holiday home by the ocean

Can anyone recommend a nice place about a 2-3 hour drive from Perth along the coast (north or south) where we could buy a holiday home for $200,000-$300,000. 3 bed. Somewhere not too busy or large. We are hoping to buy our main home in Perth in the hills and would like an Ocean retreat.
Thanks
Michelle

Down here in Bunbury you will find somewhere, look on the realestate page.

As previosuly mentioned Yanchep(60KM) would be a good bet.
Also if heading North (where the weather will be slightly better than the equivilant distance south) you could consider Lancelin(130KM) or Cervantes (250KM - although might be a bit far)

Peppermint Grove Beach, about 10 miles south of Bunbury and just over 2 hours from Perth. Some fairly expensive homes here but sure to be some within your budget. Have a look at www.southwesterntimes.com.au - online Demo edition - Real Estate pages. Southern District Estate Agency in Bunbury or the Capel and Districts Estate Agency in Capel (Peppi Grove is within the Shire of Capel) will have the better selections of property in this area. Good luck.
