HERVEY BAY
HI ALL
Anyone in Hervey Bay, arrived Monday and just looking around at the moment. LIke what we see but not sure of area's etc . Which area's are good for kids etc we have three angels aged 9,6 and 3
Can anyone help ??????

What are you and OH going to be doing there?
We are me, professional (but slack) homekeeper, OH engineer, 3 (not so) angels 7 5 3 all boys.

Getting a 4 bed rental is a nightmare. Looking at three today up in Uraween and up off doolong road. LIke being just 5/10 mins out of the hub.

is is really hard gettitng rentals? We'll be looking in a month or so and didn't think it was too bad. What's the problem - not enough rentals or too many people after them? W'll need a large 4 or even a 5 bed.

Yes you got it, not enough decent rentals and too many people looking!!!!
Mind you depends where in the bay you want to live. My hubby trawled round loads but managed to get one eventually. Having said that, we took out a 6 month lease and only stayed one, we had a que to see it when advertised too!!!
Dont worry im sure you will find something, and if all else fails we have a big shed!!!

Hi
Seems to be the real estates advertise them as available, tell you to drive buy and view, if you like the area then book viewing. After you've booked viewing (if you get that far) like the house fill the app in your told it's already under contract.
