Actually i wanted to know the meaning of 3 out of 4 yrs IT exp
It means that as long as you have been in paid employment (at least 20 hours a week, with documentation to prove it) for 3 years out of the last 4 years, you're fine.

In other words, if you have been working for at least 3 years in the last 4 years, you're ok.

Hmm... Hope this helps. Don't really know how else to phrase it :-P

I got the meaning. And from my side i can apply for that
i too have 3 yr of full time IT exp which is in last 3 yr.

I passed out my MCA in May99 and joined my job in June 99 and this May 2002 i have just completed my 3 yr. so i think it will fine for them (3 yr fulltime 48 hrs per week as in india we have 8 hrs per day and 6 days a week )
