Anyway im getting so bad i dare not go to the park,I love this country, but hate them things, cant look in a book , cant watch on TV, its really taking over my life.
Well today i rang a therapist who was recommended and i have an appointment, but something is nagging at me, he told me his wife has the same fear. If he cant help his wife , how the hell can he help me.
I really dont want to go back to UK, but it is on my mind a lot lately because of my fear. Denise

Now I know he could have lept at me and bit my ass but it just didn’t seem like he would, He was more scared of me than me of him. This particular encounter has helped me with snakes as they although can kill you ( not the RBB) they are manageable. Unfortunately it has left me wondering exactly where he came from to get in the garden and it has given me a new respect that they are there on my land and I need to be more careful about what I lift and where I walk.
What I think I’m trying to say is when it comes to snankes just keep calm and keep an eye on it so you know where it went, unless it’s a brown of course then run like hell and don’t look back until your safely locked in the house, as they are a bit testy!

Also the fact he couldn’t get me due to his predicament helped. So I went to the shed and made a pole with a wire hook on the end then same as you see the mad fish on the telly using to catch snakes with. Came back and after 10 minutes of trying to snag him managed to get him wrapped around the end of my special stick!! The stick was about 1.5m long and he was only a tiddler about 18 inches long. I walked him over to an unused paddock and put him down in the grass where he slithered off to freedom.

Hi,
Just thought you should try a spray called Mimulus.
It will help a great deal. I use it for flying and it works with all major phobia´s.
Look it up on the internet..
