Help with a little confusion??
Can anyone help!!
I am going to submitt quals to TRA for carpenter.
Am I correct in thinking that to get a visa under skilled independent I wouldn't have to actually be a chippy now but work as / closely to an occupation on the SOL ?? supervisor / manager the same just about??, depents whats in a name.

This will satisfy the work experience part. But TRA will only need info on the chippy skills you have save the other for your main app. Good luck sent you some karma

Basically what i thought any thoughts on difference between supervisor and manager?? I think you could class as the same, I,m not sat on butt all day behind a desk but out on site 75% of time
