I had been with my partner a similiar amount of time as you when I applied in London.
Good luck to both of you but as COSTY is finding out they ask for more info.

Did you have any probs Bondipom or was it all quick and smooth sailing?

Cheers Bondipom. Let's just remember Costy, I've never heard of anyone being rejected for a de facto visa on the forum! I'm sure that as we are both genuine applicants it will all work out!

I certainly over did it with the evidence but no one gets rejected for supplying too much info. I was in no rush for the visa so the long processing was not an issue.

I applied DIY before I heard of this forum. I did not front end load (I had no idea that option was available). I applied end of oct 01, requested meds and pccs start of jan and got the visa mid Feb. No further info was requested. The AHC have certainly speeded up the process since then.

Hi,
(basic info which may be required before you read below: met aussie bf in London, moved in together after about 1 month, moved to Oz after 3 months, and applied for de facto visa after 12 months of living together)
We were asked for more proof of cohabitation when we had our interview (at the same time as we lodged the application).
We got another 3 stat decs from my family (previously only bf's family) and our friends in London.
I also got our landlord to send a letter. Unfortunately we had no bills because the house ran on pre-paid electricity and phone, but we got the land-lord to put this in his letter.
The letter informing me that I'd got the visa was sent 3 days after I took the extra documents into DIMIA.
Good luck with it all. By the sounds of it you shouldn't have too much of a problem.
