Default Help choosing a Superannuation fund

Hi there,

I just started my job a couple of weeks ago. As I am working for a relatively small company I am able to choose my own Super fund. Unfortunately I don't know that much about these things, so don't really know where to start. A couple of people have suggested AMP to me, but I'm open to ideas. I want something with the smallest risk and most return please!

thanks for your help!

Difficult question, which (as you already know) no-one can answer with any guarantees

However, some links that may help.

Another thing to watch out for is the fees hence I have a clearview account that I rolled all the funds I accumulated on the WHV into. Their fees are low but I have not checked their returns recently.

Avoid MLC. My wife is forced to use them through work and the fees are outrageous.

The cumulative affect of fees is quite spectacular.

I chose ARF (Aust Retirement Fund) http://www.arf.com.au/

I know nothing about Superannuation so just left it in the hands of the Admin Mgr at work. She's good at finding great deals so I have complete confidence in her judgement!!
