Spouses (which includes de facto spouses) can be included on a skilled visa application and obtain their visa by virtue of your occupation. Ditto dependent children (given that they are also emigrating).

Sorry Alan just to clarify further is this for permanent residency. In lew of payement for services rendered sending you Thanks Scanny.
