We are applying for a 137 stni visa for ACT/Canberra.We have gatherd all info needed that canberra need except for the research into why we want to live in canberra.Its not that we haven't done any research it's just that we are not sure how to collate it correctly.We have looked into school's for the kid's on line and also looked into printing companies in the region (im a printer) also the other stuff regarding houses.We have to state why we want to live in Canberra which is not a problem it's just knowing how we detail the other bit's.Has anybody been through the same visa even if it was not for ACT Canberra???

Hi we've got STNI but for Tas, we had the advantage because we'd already visited and so just wrote why we liked the place etc.

I am sure a written statement including what you have written above will be fine, in fact you've looked into it more than we did really.

Yep, we have 137 stni for victoria. I have family there , so used that as an explanation but also said we had been on holiday and loved it. An option if you have never been there is to say the state has been recommended by fellow expats and friends, they'll love that one.
