Yes they still call it that, but as phrase its pretty generic - wonder how many aussies haering "central heating" would think of radiators, pipes, hot water systems, gas fired boilers etc. You could call ducted heating central heating for example.

Ok Nobo heaters are the new technology in plug in heaters...
they are ideal in small rooms and so they say only cost 12c an hour to run!!
They do cost about $450 each though. It appears that the Europeans rave about them although I had never heard of them until now.
Maybe i will stick to me coonara although I may cheat a bit and change it to a gas one
then again if I keep it wood, then I would have somewhere to burn off all the tree's that we illegally cut down... ( only joking ) honest.. don't tell the council
