Hayfever in Oz

Hayfever in Oz
Hi, I lived in Oz between 1988 and 1990 and I never seemed to suffer from hayfever in the way I do here in the uk.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Husband and son both suffered terribly when we were over in Perth last January. Couldn't understand it until I stripped off the bedding to wash it and discovered they were sleeping under feather quilts!!

Allergies change. I didn't suffer at all in my year in Oz. Suffered for nearly 4 years in Cambridge and the moved to Manchester where my allergies have got less and less until they are practicly none existant, it has been gradual though. My Dr did tell me it is quite normal for people to grow in and out of differnt allergies.
