Has anyone stayed at Granite Apartments on the GC before?
Arranging a 3 month rental for when I arrive - the photo's look lovely and the manager seems really friendly!
Has anyone stayed there before? What is the area like? Is it close to transport, facilities etc?

Labrador...eeek! 
The actual address is 105 Frank Street, Labrador - overlooks Broadwater? Only for 3 months though, so even if the area isn't too great it's only for a short time.
Mind you, I've lived in Johannesburg and London so pretty used to 'bad' areas!

Don't panic Mr Mannering. Labrador is not a bad area and if you're overlooking the broadwater it will be fab. Just noticed your in St Albans. We're from Harpenden. You following me
