after much messing around it was late october that the completed app went in.have a contract finishing here in about June/july with no hope of extension (jobs going overseas-i am preparing the hand over-popular chap here !!!)so am hoping against hope to hear something before then even just med's .Dont want to be looking for a short term contract -I WANT OUT

If got med request by June July would happily lazy around for a few months.

We had our temporary 4 yr visa (which is ticking away) at the end of December We are going through the house sale. Surveyor due any time today. and hopefully Brisbane bound about mid May.
no flights booked yet, not sure when to
PARTY booked though,in two weeks, fancy dress Ozzy of course should be a scream or a bawl which ever. we are getting it over with early so it hopefully won't be too emotional

Yep we're off very soon. Finish work next Monday, then travelling around the country catching up with parents and siblings saying our goodbyes, etc. Fly out 8th May, but having a little holiday first in Canada and Hawaii. Then staying with friends in Sydney before we get to Adelaide. Can't bl**dy wait!

We are going over on the 16th of may, we are spending 9 days in Langkawi then on to adelaide for a couple of weeks. House sale fell through so we have to validate.
Still cant wait though.
