Great news Rach!!!!
Fingers crossed...........

We've had our house on the market for two whole days now....hoped it would've sold by now!!!!

Not that I'm impatient or anything!!

I just find it really difficult to keep on top of the housework when my little 'cherubs' aged 4 & 2 have an amazing knack of trashing a room in a milli-second!!

Try having it on the market for 9 weeks without a sniff!! .....esp when there's others almost identical to yours nearby on for 20K more!!

Know exactly how you feel!!! I have 3 of the 'darlings'.....except mine are bigger at 8, 11 & 14. They seem to leave a trail of devastation behind them wherever they go!!!

Thanks to everyone who replied and wished us luck, the viewers have also offered on something else so don't think they are that serious, still we'll see and we're not in any major hurry!
will keep you all posted

We are also going through the wonderous process of selling our house.

Maybe we should start up a site on this forum of homes for sale and then the people who are moving back to the UK would have something to look at... they would have no chain.

So excited had an offer on our bungalow today! been on the market 3 weeks, so its the first offer we've had, on the market for £185,000 had opening offer of £180,000 they even said that they would go to £183,000!!!!
my colleague is going to check the chain and their finances on Monday so please keep your fingers and toes crossed for us!
have a great weeekned
Rach, Mark and Chanelle xxx

Don`t want to be too much of a killjoy but even if they offer the asking price it means jack sh*t untill completion.

My buyer dropped out today, 4 weeks after agreeing the price. Everything seemed to be going great, solicitors letters etc, then bingo, they drop out for "personal reasons".
