had an offer!!!!
 

So excited had an offer on our bungalow today! been on the market 3 weeks, so its the first offer we've had, on the market for £185,000 had opening offer of £180,000 they even said that they would go to £183,000!!!!
my colleague is going to check the chain and their finances on Monday so please keep your fingers and toes crossed for us!

Good Luck you guys..............I got foned at 12.30 today to see if a buyer could come and view at 2pm....this being the only day I thot **** it cant be arsed cleaning again....you could of stirred the hoose with a stick, kids still in Pj's and me walkin about with my face still sleeping and my hair stickin up like a fright...................ran around like a looney .........throwing stuff in cupboards......doin the dusting with a pair of hubbys boxers...........and........................:mad: fone call at 2.05pm from estate agent....just had Mrs ??? on the fone there has been an accident on the road and they have all been turned back....so could they come on Wed evening insted

OH MY GOODNESS I said NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I have chucked the weans in a couple ov tescos bags so they keep the place tidy till WED

Bear in mind that you are in no rush with no chain in front!!!They have already offered £180,000, and being a bit stupid have already said they will go up further. Push em as high as you can, you will probably get the asking price!!!

I am really P****d off about our house sale, or lack of it! House has been on the market 4 weeks and nothing. Bloody estate agent doesn't seem to be pushing it, not even in the paper this week! Unfortunately we are tied in for another 4 weeks. We have a nice 4 bed detached, seperate garage etc but there seems to alot of these come on the market around here just lately.

As soon as we have sold the house we can go.
