grouse adj. slang Excellent, desirable, esp. of a young female

Who knows the origins - all I hear is children saying everything is wicked!

It's a bit 80s these days. I hear it from Queenslanders, but hardly anyone else.

I hear it most from my Sisters next door neighbour, she lives in a million$ house and every other word is 'grouse'. Which proves you can take the girl out of Frankston, but you can't take Frankston out of the girl
