Great place to stay in Brisbane if you're going
Folks,
We got back from our visa validation trip last week and had a super time - more on that later.
For now, I can recommend staying at Franklin Villa in Brisbane. You can research it at www.franklin-villa.com to see if it meets your needs, but for a family of 5 it was good value, well located with good facilities including a super swimming pool. The views from the loft room over Brisbane city at night were wonderful. As it is a B&B, you get to meet and talk to other travellers and people (both Oz and non-Oz) and can learn loads from them about where to go, what to do and stuff like that.
Hope this helps some folks in need of good value, clean and well located place to stay.
